• 12 paddocks for individual turnout

• Two heated wash stalls with heat lamps for year round use
• 220x120ft Outdoor arena with fibre footing 
• 80 acres of pasture and trails for hacking, as well as access to Caledon and Albion Hills and Palgrave Forest trails for hacking
• Access to fitness room, change room, showers and two lockers
• Fully heated viewing room with complementary coffee, water  and soft drinks
• On site owners

Board services include:

• Individual daily turnout in grass paddocks with electric fencing. 
• Cleaning of stalls daily
• Booting and blanketing as requested by owner
• Individualized feed, using Brooks Feed and free choice hay (supplements and medications are provided by owner)
• Nightcheck feeding and welfare check
• Complementary laundry (saddle pads and stable blankets)
• Bring your own trainer, vet and farrier
